What exactly is it?

From my review so far their products are similar to the services provided by Godaddy - onlyon Steroids. They also have some type of online networking community service similar to other social networks such as My Space and You Tube which can create huge online marketing opportunities quickly. I have referred hundreds of people to Godaddyto register a domain name, get hosting, oruse their website builder, and I never receiveda referral commission for doing so. Godaddy does provide an affiliate program thatcosts anywhere from $99 to $299 to join,but the commissions are so tiny, why bother. They have created a straight line pay structuresimilar to another popular program a few yearsago (YMMS) that had many people receivingthousands of dollars quickly and easily.
